These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “user,” “you”) and Paper Plane Shop. They cover your use of the Site and the purchase of our products (“Products” or “Gear”).

We offer curated apparel and accessories including, but not limited to: Hoodies, Crewnecks, Outerwear, Pants, Shirts, Hats (Beanies, Bucket Hats, Dad Hats, Fitteds, Crowns), Accessories, and Custom Embroidery.

Important Product Notes:

  • Custom Embroidery & Crowns: Items personalized with Custom Embroidery and all Crowns are considered FINAL SALE due to their unique, made-to-order nature and hygiene considerations. They are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective.
  • Final Sale Items: Products marked “Final Sale” during clearance or special promotions are also non-returnable.
  • We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible, but screen variations may occur.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

Placing an Order

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

You authorize us to charge the total amount (product price + shipping + applicable taxes) to your selected payment method at the time of order placement. If your payment fails, your order will not be processed.

Shipping and Delivery

Order Processing: 1-2 business days.

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. Cost: $12.95. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS on orders over $50. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Shipping Area: We ship worldwide, with exclusions for some remote areas and Asia, as indicated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination, customs, or carrier delays. You can track your order via the link in your shipping confirmation email.

You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by you.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our policy is designed to be clear and fair. Please see our detailed Shipping & Returns page for full instructions.

Key User Responsibilities for Returns/Exchanges:

  • Return Window: Requests must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • Process: You must email [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back.
  • Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable service.
  • International Returns: You are responsible for any return shipping duties, taxes, or customs fees. Mark the package as “Returned Goods.”

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we inspect and approve the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we are at fault. Refunds may take 5-10 additional business days to appear in your account.

Defective/Wrong Items: Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos and details. We will cover return shipping and expedite a replacement or refund.

Purchasing a product does not grant you any rights to its designs or branding beyond ownership of the physical item.
